A Birthday with Barbed Wire and Blood
What do you do when you gather to celebrate eight years of amazing memories of the best in Canadian hardcore wrestling? Well, if you are the International Wrestling Syndicate, you try and create eight year’s worth of memories in one night.
I do not know if we managed to cram a full eight years into one night, but we must have come awfully close. Blood, Sweat & Beers 2007 was a show that people will remember for a long, long, long time. It was a night when some old friends returned and some old friends said goodbye. It was a night of champions. It was a night of barbed wire and blood and boobies.

Super Smash Brothers (Player Uno and Stupefied) beat 2.0 (Jagged and Shane Matthews) in 9:06. New Tag Team Champions (16th Champions)

Damian beat Lufisto in 10:22

Twiggy and Vanessa Kraven beat the SLI 2007 (Fred la Merveille and Kenny the Bastard) and Justin White and Tomassino in 9:56 when Vanessa hit Justin White with a power bomb and Twiggy followed up with a Senton Splash for the pin.
Tomassino replaced a missing Dru Onyx. (There was a death in Dru’s family.)

Sexxxy Eddy beat the Green Phantom in 13:54 after interference by Eddy’s guests Mitch Melnick and Andie Bennett of Montreal radio’s Team 990 Sports

Kevin Steen defeated Jay Briscoe in 15:57.
El Generico and Mark Briscoe were both injured. Both got involved in the match anyway.

IWS Canadian Title Ladder Match: Max Boyer beat EXesS, KId Kamikaze and Jimmy K in 15:29 to retain his IWS Canadian Title.

Team 3D and Franky the Mobster beat Pierre Carl Ouellet, “Paranoid” Jake Matthews and Brick Crawford in 19:59 when Team #D put Brick Crawford through a table.
After the match, PCO was ranting about how he has no competition in the IWS. Sylvain Grenier came out, announced that he was a member of IWS now and challenged PCO to a match for the next Medley show January 26th.
